The Brief
Paris had a strong vision for her brand but needed support turning her ideas into a clear, cohesive identity. She wanted Bancs Atelier to feel mature, stylish, and globally appealing, but as a first-time founder, she felt overwhelmed by where to begin. She needed help defining her brand’s foundation, visuals, and voice in a way that could confidently stand out in a competitive market.
The Process
We started with a strategy session where Paris shared her inspiration, target audience, and aspirations for the brand. From there, I developed a simple brand strategy, defining Bancs Atelier’s story, voice, and personality, along with creative direction.
Her visual identity balances boldness and elegance. We used rich, earthy shades to evoke sensuality and grounded power. The typography blends expressive and structured fonts, echoing the brand’s confident but considered attitude. Imagery direction focused on immersive, film-like photography. Think moody close-ups and atmospheric wide shots that draw the viewer into the world of the Bancs Atelier woman.
The icon features a fluid “N” that breaks the grid. The submark, surrounded by an oval frame, is reminiscent of vintage fashion labels and underground flyers, connecting the past with the future in one distinctive mark.
Throughout, the goal was to create something timeless yet full of personality: a brand that felt soulful, rebellious, and beautifully put together.
The Outcome
Although the brand hasn’t launched publicly yet, the transformation in clarity and confidence was immediate. Paris now has a complete brand foundation that fully reflects her vision and speaks directly to her audience. She described the strategy as capturing “everything I said in detail” and called the visual identity “100% what I was looking for.” The feedback confirmed what I always aim for: to make the founder feel seen and for the brand to feel unmistakably theirs.
Don't take my word for it...
"From our first ever meeting, Rayanna really took the time to understand my brand: who I was behind it, what it meant, and where I was going with it. It wasn’t just about the now, but about creating a visual identity that considered the brand's future and where I was going. The entire process was collaborative; she always asked questions to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted.
I'm so happy with how everything turned out; it's made me even more excited to continue developing my brand and even more excited for it to be released!"
